Change of mind: Refunds are not offered for unwanted items. Exchanges or store credit may be given at the manager’s discretion within 7 days, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Mattresses & bedding: Cannot be returned if opened/unwrapped for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
Faulty items: Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Custom orders: Special-order or made-to-measure products are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
